Mark Cinquina

PNC Bank

Mark Cinquina is the Executive Vice President and Manager of PNC Bank’s Real Estate Banking group in Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky.

Congratulations to our board member Mr. Wm T. (Bill) Robinson III as he takes over as president-elect of the American Bar Association beginning in 2011.

Mr. Robinson has been a board member and supporter of the Center for over 4 years and we value his commitment to our mission.

Welcome New Trustees

The Economics Center is honored to have a respected and talented Board of Trustees.

These community leaders generously give their support and time to promote economics education. We are delighted to welcome six new trustees, prominent leaders and successful business men and women, to our board.

Economics Center Welcomes New Trustees

Carrie K. Hayden is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors of United Way of Greater Cincinnati. Ms. Hayden is a member of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine Community Advisory Council, and Co-Chair of the Joint Cancer Program Community Advisory Council.

Mike Packard: Trustee and Advocate

Mr. Michael Packard joined the Board of Trustees in 1999 and now – over eight years later - he continues to support the Economics Center’s mission. Mr. Packard is the President/CEO of HPO Ophthalmic, a company focused on developing products that help prevent blindness, and other degenerative sight disorders. Mr. Packard also works as an independent consultant on business strategy, planning and leadership issues for various businesses. His affiliation with the Economics Center began during his work as the Executive VP/Chief Administrative Officer of Lenscrafters.

Welcome New Trustees

Terrance L. Ashanta-Barker is an associate in the Business and Finance Department of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. A graduate of Taft High School, he earned his undergraduate degree from Tuskegee University and his law degree from The Florida State University. Prior to joining Taft, Mr. Ashanta-Barker served as COO and General Counsel for Small and Carter Investments Company (S&CI). Previous employment included law firms in Florida and work as a process engineer with Chevron U.S.A. Products Company, PepsiCo, Inc., and P&G.
