Terrance L. Ashanta-Barker is an associate in the Business and Finance Department of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. A graduate of Taft High School, he earned his undergraduate degree from Tuskegee University and his law degree from The Florida State University. Prior to joining Taft, Mr. Ashanta-Barker served as COO and General Counsel for Small and Carter Investments Company (S&CI). Previous employment included law firms in Florida and work as a process engineer with Chevron U.S.A. Products Company, PepsiCo, Inc., and P&G. He is a current board member of the Cincinnati Business Incubator and the Cincinnati Scholarship Foundation.

Douglas Bolton is a 23-year veteran of the newspaper business. Currently, the publisher of The Business Courier, he began his career as a reporter for the daily newsparer in Middletown, Ohio and spent five years working at the E.W. Scripps Co. as a business reporter for the Cincinnati Post. Mr. Bolton earned his BA degree from Morehead State University. He serves on the board of directors for the Daniel Beard Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau of Greater Cincinnati, and the Visiting Nurse Association of Cincinnati and NKY.

Will McIntosh, PhD is the 8th dean of the University of Cincinnati College of Business. Prior to UC, he was the managing director and global head of research and strategy for ING Real Estate Investment Management. Before his work in the private sector, Dean McIntosh was the director of the Center for Real Estate Studies and an associate professor of finance at the University of Kentucky. He earned his PhD in finance from the University of North Texas and his M.B.A. and B.S. from Eastern Kentucky University.

Rea N. Waldon, PhD directs the Economic Empowerment Center at the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati. The Center operates an Entrepreneurship Center Initiative Program - a pilot project of the National Urban League established in five cities across the country. Dr. Waldon has experience in banking, education, and business development. Actively involved in the community, she serves on the boards of the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Red Cross, Cincinnati Hamilton County Community Action Agency, Over-the-Rhine Housing Network, Cincinnatus, and Cincinnatians for Affordable Housing.
