Raising the Profile of the Center

Adrijana G. Kowatsch joined the Economics Center in July, 2006 as the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, responsible for promoting the Center’s programs, development of marketing materials and coordination of all communications and public relations efforts.

Adrijana works to bring attention to the work the Center is doing in the community. According to her, the Center can build on its excellent reputation in the business community through improved, disciplined and consistent communication efforts. Adrijana’s background includes her work as the Outreach Coordinator at The Center for Holocaust and Humanity Education, Hebrew Union College, where she managed public relations, assisted in fundraising and helped plan community events.

Adrijana spent one year as a member of Public Allies, a division of AmeriCorps that focuses on community service, advancing leadership and encouraging civic participation. She has also taught as an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Communication at the University of Cincinnati.

After earning her B.A. from the University of Cincinnati, Adrijana obtained her Masters Degree in Organizational Communication. She and her husband, Stefan, live in Westwood.
