Carrie K. Hayden is currently the Chair of the Board of Directors of United Way of Greater Cincinnati. Ms. Hayden is a member of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine Community Advisory Council, and Co-Chair of the Joint Cancer Program Community Advisory Council.

Ms. Hayden’s community involvement is truly impressive. She is a Co-Chair of Livable Communities for Agenda 360, and a member of Leadership Cincinnati Class XXVI. She is also a member of numerous community organizations, including Family Service Foundation, Every Child Succeeds, and the Steering Committee of Success by Six. In 2007, Ms. Hayden was named Enquirer’s Woman of the Year. She is also a recipient of the Geier Family Award for United Way Leadership and the Miami University Bishop Award for her community leadership.

Ms. Hayden holds a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University.

Gary Z. Lindgren has served as the Executive Director of the Cincinnati Business Committee since August of 2007. Formerly, he was the chief of staff for Congressman Steve Chabot, also acting as Mr. Chabot’s principal advisor on matters of public policy. Mr. Lindgren managed a staff of more than 23 employees across three offices, addressing the needs of Ohio’s First Congressional District. Mr. Lindgren has previous experience with the Cincinnati Business Committee, where he spent two years helping lead the organization’s government reform and economic development initiatives.

A graduate of Indiana University and Sycamore High School in Cincinnati, Mr. Lindgren has spent the past 17 years living and working in both Cincinnati and Washington, D.C.

The Interim Superintendent of Cincinnati Public Schools, Mary Ronan, is a 31-year veteran of the district. Ms. Ronan began her career in education as a math and science teacher at the middle and high school levels. She then served as a principal, followed by an administrative position in the district’s Central Office. Prior to her appointment as Interim Superintendent, Ms. Ronan was Director of Schools supervising the district's principals. She has also served as the principal of Kilgour Elementary School from 2001-02. During her tenure the school was recognized by the National Blue Ribbon award for academic excellence from the U.S. Department of Education.

A Cincinnati native, Ms. Ronan is a graduate of Seton High School in Price Hill. She holds Bachelor’s Degrees in education, philosophy and biology, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Xavier University, and post-master's training in education leadership.
