Course Description

It is not the end of the world - so why do we care about global warming, energy sources, pollution and other environmental threats?

How can make better decisions and use energy and other resources more efficiently? Why don’t we use more solar?  

Learn about classroom lessons about the environment and scarce resources, the role of government, trade, and competition in this exciting workshop integrating science and social studies standards.

Additional Information:

The credit payment is $229 per quarter hour and some work relating to the materials provided will be required outside of the workshop in order to earn graduate credit.

Refreshments and instructional materials will be provided.

Participants will receive a copy of the "Economics and Energy" teaching guide.
