Course DescriptionExplore fun and creative ways to use popular children’s literature to teach decision-making skills and the basics – scarcity, opportunity cost, trade-offs, resources, consumers and producers. Click below to register for this class. Additional Information:Explore ways to use creative literature to develop your students' thinking skills and problem solving. Develop economic thinking and undertanding of basic economic principles - choices, opportunity cost, productive resources, producers and consumers. Extended Credit: An option to extend credit through an independent research/curriculum development project is available for this program. The instructor will discuss this option at the class meeting. Cost: $229 per quarter hour.
