You're Invited! Please join us for the 2nd Annual Southwest Ohio Regional Financial Education Conference.

Includes: Resources, 2010 Consumer Action Handbook (Be a Smarter Consumer), Lunch.

Last year, educators came together to discuss what the new requirements for financial education. We identified the resources that would be needed to meet the new legislation. Since last year's conference, the Economics Center has launched Why Money Matters, an online resource for educator that offers training, volunteers and lesson plans to teach financial concepts.


This year we will learn what resources are available to use today!

Also, learn how a course at your high school could offer free college credit to all your students.

Additional Information:

You can register online and pay with credit card. If you need to pay at the event or with purchase order, please take the following steps.

1. Complete the online registration process and answer all questions as if you intend to pay by credit card.
2. After you add the conference to your "cart", proceed to "checkout"
3. At checkout, fill in all the fields except your credit card information. In the "notes" section, add a statement explaining how you intend to pay (i.e. I'll pay with P.O. at the event), then hit submit.
4. After submitting without a credit card, you will likely receive an error message stating that you failed to provide credit card information. This can be ignored as we have captured your data and intent to pay with P.O. or other means. If you gave us all your information such as email address, you will get any updates prior to the event.
