Bringing Positive Change to Greater Cincinnati and Beyond

Dr. Jennifer Pitzer has served as Research Associate at the Economics Center since September 2008. Jennifer performs contract research for various clients, including private firms and public entities. Her research focuses on economic impact and development, as well as trade and transportation. Jennifer is also involved with research on urban public education.

Raising the Profile of the Center

Adrijana G. Kowatsch joined the Economics Center in July, 2006 as the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, responsible for promoting the Center’s programs, development of marketing materials and coordination of all communications and public relations efforts.

Not Your Ordinary Math Lesson

Last year, Diane Breiner joined the Economics Center as the Program Development Coordinator, responsible for identifying and developing engaging math resources that utilize and apply economics and personal finance themes. Diane’s work includes working with middle school math teachers and developing the Economics Center’s new supplemental math program called EnterpriseMath.

Applied Research: From Data to Insight

Since 2001, Jeff Rexhausen has served as the Associate Director of Research at the Economics Center. Jeff manages research projects related to economic development, economic impact, and policy issues, as well as projects associated with waste water and environmental economics. The Center’s research division, on average, completes over 20 projects per year for local and national government agencies, non-profits, and business organizations.
