Celebrating Another Successful Year!

Over 500 business men and women, teachers, principals, superintendents, and community leaders attended the Center's third Annual Awards Luncheon on Thursday, March 25, 2010. John Pepper received the Founder's Award. Mr. Pepper's keynote address on the importance of investing in school leaders, focusing on early childhood education and connecting community to local schools emphasized the work the Economics Center is doing in local schools daily.

We would like to thank all of our sponsors and the Center's board-staffed Event Committee; all of whom made the Center's event the most successful to date.

Keynote Address:
John Pepper, Retired Chairman and CEO, The Procter & Gamble Company, delivered his keynote address at the Economics Center's Annual Awards Luncheon on March 25,2010. He discussed the importance of education and highlighted lessons learned throughout his efforts and provided suggestions for the future!
